Before your first visit, you will be sent an extensive intake form to send for review prior to your visit so Dr. Marchese can better focus the first visit with you.
During your visit, Dr. Marchese will go through your main concerns in detail and do a further comprehensive history to investigate possible underlying causes to your medical issues. You will get a detailed medication and supplement review. Any necessary physical exams will be performed, any laboratory tests will be ordered and any pharmaceutical prescriptions will be written.
At the end of the visit, goals and treatment direction will be discussed. You will never be let out of the office confused.
After your visit, you will be sent a comprehensive treatment plan within 24 hours, with a summary of what we had discussed, your lifestyle and nutrition plan, as well a prescription on the online dispensary Fullscript for any supplementation that may be necessary.
Follow ups will be scheduled based on individual need.
