Labs and Imaging fees are often covered by most insurance companies as well.
A Superbill will be provided for submission to other insurance companies for any reimbursement they may offer for out of network providers. You will be asked to pay in full in the office or over telemedicine, then reimbursed upon submission of your invoice.
